All Duck on a Rock merch is printed on demand when you order, through our print partner, Printful. That means less waste, and your shirt is made just for you.

Shipping

• Free shipping on orders of $55 or more (that’s any two shirts).
• $5.95 flat rate on orders under $55.
• We currently ship within the United States only.

How long will it take?

• Printing: your order is usually printed and packed within 2–5 business days.
• Delivery: once it ships, it typically arrives in 3–5 business days.
• All in, plan on about 6–8 business days from order to doorstep.
• You’ll get an email with tracking as soon as it ships.

Returns and exchanges

Every item is made to order, so we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size chart on the product before you order. Our Comfort Colors tees have a relaxed, boxy fit and run true to size.

If something’s wrong, we’ll make it right. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll send a free replacement or a refund.

Wrong address?

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t redirect orders once they’ve shipped. If you spot a mistake right after ordering, email us as soon as possible and we’ll try to catch it before it prints.
